What happens during a Personal Discovery Session?
The Personal Discovery Painting is an opportunity to align yourself with where you want to be and how you want to feel and think. We will paint the old beliefs and the new to discover and clarify in 1-2 sessions for a total time of 2 hours.
In your private Personal Discovery Painting session, you pick the topic or theme you want!
Every month we look at what is on your mind, paint it out and then turn it around to reveal the truth so that you can move forward. This allows you to go down a playful and influential path to realize your fullest potential in any area you want. It takes about two hours.
In the first session, we will talk and start your artwork. In the second session, we finish your painting and consider the insights that show you new possibilities. I can hardly wait to see the areas of your life you decide to transform!
Supplies & Location
- You can use whatever art supplies you have at home.
- This is an ONLINE Zoom event.
- When it is safe to do in person, that will be an option.

If you do need supplies, no problem! I have a Creative Playtime Painting Kit at additional cost:
- List of Kit Supplies: Canvas board, palette paper, brushes, 2oz paint tubes- 1 blue, 1 red, 1 yellow, 1 black & 1 white
- Cost for supplies is $44 – this includes shipping & handling
